2018 brings in major cold fronts and some hot fishing to St.Pete Beach charter fishing!
Cooler water temps will bring in bigger Gag Grouper to our fishing area for catch and release.
Amberjack season is now open and the AJs are in good numbers on our wrecks and major ledges past 85 feet. Tuna and kings have moved south and deeper to more spring like water temps. Some nice flounder have been caught off St Pete beach on our offshore charters.
Inshore Tampa bay fishing has turned to winter mode with these major fronts making there way down to Central Florida. Snook are now looking for the warmest water they can find and will only eat smaller baits… Trout and sheepies are in good numbers making up for the somewhat lockjaw Snook.
